"The Customark Mentoring Program"
• CUSTOMARK has launched a ONE on ONE program of MENTORING and TRAINING for selected individuals within the sales and customer marketing sphere – the key individuals in your sales team who will be trusted to deliver your future “profitable sales growth”
• Agree a career path for them and we will get them there through a program of ongoing skills development and coaching, encouragement, advice and by being available to them all day everyday – we will build a mentoring partnership
• You can’t buy experience and knowledge, it is not part of a conventional skills training package. We will provide it in addition to the skills, cost effectively and on an ongoing basis through our mentoring program.
• It is essential that your sales personnel deliver on their potential, we will ensure it
• CUSTOMARK works to an agreed fixed fee contract. No hidden extra costs, no travel or admin costs.
• Every month we will spend the equivalent of one full day, face to face, one on one (with a weekly electronic review). We will then be there to offer advice, coaching and support to the Mentee at any time through direct mobile or email access.
• CUSTOMARK can tailor a program specific to your requirements and to the individual or people you select and specific to the level and pace of development required. Feedback formats and reviews are agreed in the contract to ensure you stay constantly informed
• CUSTOMARK works with a very limited portfolio of principals ensuring hands on attention and availability
• All CUSTOMARK mentoring and training undertaken personally by Allan Jackman

Coaching
8 Hours per month one on one
Coaching on identified skill requirements based on Mentee’s personal skills assessment and his or her Superiors assessment and the career objective and time frame. Mentoring on
Mentee’s planned monthly activity/function Standard, compressive weekly progress report completed by the Mentee and reviewed, commented and returned by the Mentor
Completed weekly reports once finalized by the Mentor will be copied to the Mentee’s Superior.
Feedback sessions with the Mentee and his or her Superior routinely conducted at the time and frequency requested by the Superior
Mentoring
Unlimited access to the Mentor via cell phone, email or via the CUSTOMARK dedicated Mentoring Website
Daily and weekly advice and assistance available to the Mentee whilst preparing for an activity.
Provide support and moral assistance when the going gets tough
Pass on specific instances of experience, help the Mentee not to “re invent the wheel”
Allow the Mentee an outlet for their frustrations and to provide motivational support
To constantly prompt him or her to stay focused and on track
To give them inspiration and ideas when they need them and to allow them to bounce ideas and thoughts when they need to
Ensure they keep in BALANCE and don’t loose focus
